How the process works

At our firm, we prioritize open communication and understanding.

We meet individually with each of you to ensure safety, and to make sure that what matters to you is prioritized within the mediation. The mediation is scheduled to take place within two weeks of the initial meeting. We assist in discussions with your ex partner and ensure the best, most suitable outcome for your family. We want you to feel heard and not feel surplus stress from the mediation. Once mediation is complete, we draft a Memorandum of Understanding "MOU". That document is turned into a Separation Agreement. At Marshall Family Matters, we understand that there are enough changes, and stresses in your life at the current time. We do not want this to be another one. Kindness is the key to our mission.
