Shara Marshall- Creator - Family Law Mediator specializing in open, safe communication to ensure the end result reflects your specific families needs are met with ease.

I facilitate discussions between family members to help them reach mutually agreeable solutions to their conflicts, ensuring that all voices are heard and family interests are prioritized. My role involves creating a safe environment for open dialogue, guiding participants through the mediation process, and working collaboratively to address issues. By fostering understanding and cooperation, I aim to empower families to resolve their disputes and strengthen their relationships. Task focused. Relationship focused. Children focused. Family Matters to me!

I am also licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and work heavily in the area of Criminal Law. I chose to help families with issues that have the largest impact on their lives.  Criminal charges can affect your livelihood and your ability to be present and there for your family, if convicted.  I work very hard with the Crown to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.
